Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Durban location, spearheading operations and cultivating a positive dining experience. Your leadership will motivate the team and maintain our high standards in food quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and objectives.
  • Manage customer relations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and manage the restaurant budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and special menus.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create innovative and seasonal menus.
  • Analyze sales and trends to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and prepare staff accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant environments is preferred
