We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Create event marketing materials and oversee promotional activities.
• Assist in the design and development of event themes and concepts.
• Provide on-site coordination to ensure events run smoothly.
• Develop contingency plans to address any issues that may arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Certificates in event planning are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
