Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is pivotal in shaping a vibrant workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job description writing to candidate selection.
  • Organize and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Act as an advisor to employees regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Support the annual performance review process.
  • Assist in implementing talent retention strategies.
  • Manage employee recognition programs.
  • Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Additional HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
