Responsibilities

• Administering payroll services for all employees and ensuring an effective payroll cycle.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation policies.
• Calculating bonuses, commissions, and debits responsibly.
• Monitoring payroll system errors and implementing solutions.
• Supporting HR payroll audits and compliance checks.
• Working with external vendors and agencies on payroll-related issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Updating payroll systems to reflect changes in tax codes and employment regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in payroll or finance is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years working experience in payroll within a corporate environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
