Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead our initiatives aimed at fostering a more inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity best practices and a passion for creating equitable opportunities for all staff members. You will work closely with leadership to implement policies that promote diversity and measure progress towards these goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of diversity metrics and key performance indicators.
• Design and implement systems for reporting and accountability for diversity initiatives.
• Support the recruitment team in sourcing talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Regularly update the company on diversity initiatives and progress.
• Create engaging communication strategies to promote diversity efforts internally.
• Conduct research and stay informed about best practices in diversity and inclusion.
• Identify and mitigate areas of potential bias within organizational practices.
• Foster a culture of respect and inclusion throughout the company.
• Assist with the implementation of inclusive policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external diversity organizations and programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or similar
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in D&I roles or equivalent
