Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead our initiatives aimed at fostering a more inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity best practices and a passion for creating equitable opportunities for all staff members. You will work closely with leadership to implement policies that promote diversity and measure progress towards these goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
• Advise leadership on diversity best practices and policies.
• Conduct training on diversity and inclusion for all staff members.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of diversity programs.
• Lead community outreach programs to promote the company’s commitment to inclusion.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure inclusive recruitment processes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to increase awareness of diversity issues.
• Gather and analyze data to evaluate diversity metrics.
• Serve as a liaison to external diversity organizations and resources.
• Ensure compliance with diversity-related legislation and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or similar
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in D&I roles or equivalent
