Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will enhance employee engagement, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill staff.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation structure.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive decisions.
  • Develop initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of HR management experience
