Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive HR policies and programs. Your expertise will be key in driving employee engagement, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Prepare and distribute communication to employees regarding changes in policies or programs.
  • Evaluate and improve HR operations by providing feedback on processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and professional development.
  • Organize employee recognition and rewards programs to enhance motivation.
  • Establish and maintain a talent management system that supports workforce planning.
  • Participate in employee development and training programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services.
  • Prepare HR reports for senior management as needed.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's in Human Resources Management is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
