• Ensure optimal candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
• Research and implement best practices in recruiting within the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
