Job Description

Join our dynamic recruitment team in Bloemfontein as a Recruiter. You will leverage your skills in talent acquisition to source, screen, and onboard candidates for our clients. Your ability to understand client needs will be key to providing exceptional recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews using various methods to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve tools and processes for better efficiency.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Utilize recruitment software to manage applicants and track hiring metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Recruitment or HR is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Candidate Sourcing

• Communication
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)
• HR Certification (e.g., SHRM or CIPD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of specific industry recruitment: Experience in a specific sector such as IT, Engineering, or Healthcare.
