Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead our initiatives aimed at promoting inclusivity within our organisation. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategies to cultivate a diverse workplace, ensuring every employee feels valued and included.

Responsibilities

• Implement training modules on unconscious bias and cultural competence.
• Work with leadership to ensure inclusivity is part of the company’s strategic plan.
• Engage employees in discussions around diversity and inclusion practices.
• Manage communication strategies promoting diversity to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the formation of employee resource groups.
• Develop resources for employees to understand diversity and inclusion.
• Conduct external benchmarking against industry standards for diversity.
• Prepare presentations for leadership on diversity progress.
• Facilitate mentoring programs aimed at underrepresented groups within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field

Certifications

• Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)

• English: Fluent
