Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, a flair for customer service, and the ability to manage staff effectively. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to menu development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team in providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards.
  • Implement effective inventory management procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

  • 5+ years of experience in upscale restaurant management
