Job Description

We seek a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Durban. As a Civil Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of infrastructure projects, from bridges to roads, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead project meetings and presentations.
• Resolve any engineering issues that arise during project execution.
• Continuously improve engineering practices and project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainable building practices: Experience in implementing eco-friendly design approaches.
