Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care.
Participate in patient rounds with the healthcare team.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Record and report any changes in patient status to appropriate staff.
Assist in managing clinical services and supporting patient flow.
Encourage teamwork within the nursing department.
Engage in continuous professional development.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Nursing (B.Cur) from an accredited institution
Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care is advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a clinical nursing environment
