Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse committed to providing exceptional patient care. Your role will involve assessing patient health issues, administering treatments, and working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care.
  • Participate in patient rounds with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Record and report any changes in patient status to appropriate staff.
  • Assist in managing clinical services and supporting patient flow.
  • Encourage teamwork within the nursing department.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Nursing (B.Cur) from an accredited institution
  • Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a clinical nursing environment
