Responsibilities

• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations.
• Engage with external organizations for diverse talent pools.
• Develop recruitment strategies that promote diversity.
• Encourage employee resource groups and inclusion networks.
• Establish metrics for measuring the impact of diversity initiatives.
• Lead discussions about diversity challenges and opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology or related discipline

Experience

• Proven track record in diversity and inclusion management, at least 5 years preferred.
