Job Description

Join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist where you will be responsible for crafting innovative training strategies. You will play a vital role in assessing learning needs, facilitating workshops, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
• Develop mentorship programs to promote skill sharing among employees.
• Create a feedback loop to gather input from trainees for continuous improvement.
• Work with leadership to align training programs with strategic objectives.
• Provide coaching and support to employees as they navigate their development paths.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science
• Certification in Learning and Development preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a training role or related capacity

Certifications

• Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Certification in Facilitation or Coaching: Experience with workforce coaching and mentoring programs.
• Fluency in more than two languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages for a diverse workforce.
