• Perform candidate screenings and reference checks.
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.

• Advise clients on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Take part in onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or sales

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
