We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and the employment lifecycle. This role involves supporting a variety of HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a generalist HR role or related
