Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR functions in Pretoria. You will manage various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring the implementation of HR policies. Your contributions will be essential in promoting a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Implement effective HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation systems.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and orientation programs.
  • Provide support for workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Assist with organizational culture initiatives to promote employee engagement.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of diverse HR experience including recruitment and employee relations
