Job Description

We are in search of a talented UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces across various platforms, improving usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Design innovative user interfaces that are user-centered and visually appealing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and align design solutions.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
• Relevant master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or related field

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
