Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement effective training programs that will enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to assess training needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Implement digital learning solutions to support remote training initiatives.
  • Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in learning and development.
  • Cultivate a learning culture by promoting continuous skill development.
  • Assist with onboarding programs for new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Training is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or development roles
