Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Coordinator in Bloemfontein to assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media channels.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage HRIS and track employee attendance and leave.
  • Help in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
