Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our customer engagement initiatives. Your key focus will be to nurture client relationships, ensuring their challenges are addressed effectively and their satisfaction is our top priority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
  • Compile and analyze data to assess customer success metrics.
  • Perform regular reviews with clients to discuss their goals and progress.
  • Train customers on product updates and new features.
  • Work with clients to troubleshoot any service issues.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Champion customer needs across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends to implement best practices for customer success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or related area
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization tools

Certifications
  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
