Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is enthusiastic, patient, and customer-centric to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support while communicating effectively with customers to resolve their issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for product-related queries.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and trust.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Work alongside different departments to address customer needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers with personalized support.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
