Responsibilities
Assess current training programs and identify areas for enhancement.
Facilitate interactive training sessions that promote engagement and knowledge retention.
Work with external vendors to source additional training resources as needed.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Provide one-on-one coaching for employees to enhance their performance.
Create a repository of training resources for continuous employee access.
Foster a culture of feedback by regularly seeking participant input on training effectiveness.
Champion professional development initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Management
Advanced degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in corporate training environments
