Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Training & Skills Developer to design and execute training programmes aimed at boosting employee competency and performance. You will ensure alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current training programs and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions that promote engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Work with external vendors to source additional training resources as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for employees to enhance their performance.
  • Create a repository of training resources for continuous employee access.
  • Foster a culture of feedback by regularly seeking participant input on training effectiveness.
  • Champion professional development initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Management
  • Advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training environments
