We are on the lookout for a skilled Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial markets, financial modeling, and transaction structuring, with a proven track record in delivering results. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives.
• Design and implement investment strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Prepare materials for client pitches and presentations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of investments, suggesting adjustments as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders and maintain a professional network.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking or finance sector
