Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Landscape Architect to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense and be proficient in creating sustainable and functional landscapes that align with our clients' needs. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce detailed designs and oversee their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to fully understand their needs and translate them into aesthetically pleasing landscape designs.
• Supervise and mentor junior landscape designers and interns throughout project lifecycles.
• Liaise with local authorities and environmental bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare presentations for client proposals and community meetings related to projects.
• Develop project budgets and timelines to assess feasibility and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design or related field
• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of landscape architecture.
