Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all construction activities to ensure they align with project goals.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding updates and changes.
• Review project plans and specifications regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Manage the hiring and performance of subcontractors and site workers.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Track project metrics and adjust schedules as needed for timely completion.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
• Professional certification in project management (PMP or similar)

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
