Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems in an array of projects ranging from automotive to energy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design specifications and requirements for new projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Robotics and Automation: Familiarity with robotics systems and automation technologies.
