Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our vibrant venue in Durban. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while driving the hotel's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality management coupled with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve service excellence.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Develop operational policies for hotel management.
  • Ensure the hotel is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Manage the hotel's financial performance and reporting.
  • Coordinate special events and functions within the hotel.
  • Drive online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate the hotel's market position and competitiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector
