Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Chef and Head Cook to lead our culinary team in creating exquisite dishes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy and experience in high-volume kitchens.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative dishes and menus based on seasonal produce.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during service periods.
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house communication.
  • Evaluate and improve kitchen processes for efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management of the kitchen.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Engage with customers to receive feedback.
  • Participate in menu tastings and events.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate dietary requirements.

Education
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience
