Job Description

As a Compliance Investigator, your primary responsibility will be to investigate and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures within our organization. You will analyze compliance data, conduct interviews, and provide insights to enhance compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of internal processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compliance findings to senior management.
• Engage in risk assessments to proactively identify potential compliance issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors as required for compliance validation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, accounting, or a related field

Experience

• At least three years of experience in a Compliance Investigator role or similar position

Technical Skills

• Analytical skills
• Regulatory knowledge

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)
• Compliance Risk Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Understanding of compliance regulations like FICA and POCA.
