Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and advising customers on medication use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensing of medications while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct consultations with patients regarding medication therapies.
• Work with doctors and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in pharmacy initiatives to enhance community health.
• Manage pharmacy stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Utilize pharmacy management software for patient record-keeping.
• Provide advice on lifestyle changes to improve overall health.
• Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy assistants.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
