Your understanding of local market trends, along with your strong candidate engagement skills, will help you build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You will manage the entire recruitment process from job description creation through to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms to enhance reach.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for interview.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and interview panels.
• Gather and analyze feedback from interviewers for candidate evaluations.
• Implement strategies to improve candidate experience and engagement.
• Track recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the HR team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Professional HR certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
