Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall food and beverage service operations to ensure a quality guest experience.
  • Collaborate with chefs to design seasonal menus that attract guests.
  • Implement training programs that encourage positive guest interactions and service excellence.
  • Maintain budgetary controls and analysis of operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local providers to enhance menu offerings.
  • Solicit and utilize customer feedback to refine service processes.
  • Plan marketing events centered around the dining experience to attract new customers.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Monitor and evaluate food and beverage trends to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management
  • Additional certifications in food safety or management are desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
