Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of client events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to align with event objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines for each event.
  • Assist clients with event design and theme development.
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses for multiple events simultaneously.
  • Implement logistical arrangements such as seating plans and event flow.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Lead event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Event Management Certification is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
