Job Description

As a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with Health Wellness Co., you will be responsible for providing professional massage and bodywork services. Your expertise will help clients enhance their physical wellness and mental relaxation. Collaborating with other health professionals, you will develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and develop effective massage therapy strategies.
• Execute various massage techniques tailored to individual client requirements.
• Monitor and document treatment outcomes and client feedback.
• Work alongside other wellness professionals to foster a holistic approach to health.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all practices.
• Participate in community wellness events and promote therapy services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in massage therapy.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Massage Therapy or related field
• Licensure from the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA)

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a massage therapist or in a related field.
