Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Cape Town. You will be at the forefront of assisting our customers and ensuring their experience with our products is exceptional. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to each customer interaction.
  • Resolve customer queries with a positive attitude.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Support new product launches by educating customers.
  • Work collaboratively with team members for effective support.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to customer support.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer service or related roles

Certifications

Languages
