Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and enjoy a seamless experience with our products. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support and training, and establishing strong relationships to boost customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with clients.
  • Analyze usage data to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Serve as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Prepare training materials and resources for ongoing client education.
  • Facilitate user group meetings to enhance client community engagement.
  • Monitor client feedback and develop strategies for improved service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
