Job Description

As a Semiconductor Processing Technician, you'll play a vital role in operating and maintaining metallization equipment for semiconductor production. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the metallization processes in the semiconductor manufacturing framework.
  • Conduct regular calibration and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Train junior team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
  • Document all maintenance performed and changes made to equipment settings.
  • Work with quality assurance teams to address any product quality issues.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss safety and operational improvements.
  • Develop efficient practices to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Semiconductor Manufacturing or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or related area.
