Responsibilities
Lead workshops on employee engagement and culture enhancement.
Facilitate training sessions for managers on effective performance evaluations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Review and update job descriptions to align with business needs.
Assist in developing HR communication strategies.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for retention strategies.
Drive change management initiatives within the organization.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
Master’s degree preferred
Experience
5-7 years of HR consulting or HR management experience
