Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to strengthen our HR strategies and enhance employee engagement in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops on employee engagement and culture enhancement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers on effective performance evaluations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Review and update job descriptions to align with business needs.
  • Assist in developing HR communication strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for retention strategies.
  • Drive change management initiatives within the organization.
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of HR consulting or HR management experience
