The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs.
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting and usage.
  • Be proactive in suggesting solutions for common issues.
