Job Description

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and drive significant business growth in Pretoria. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in account management to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key accounts to understand their goals and objectives, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive the sales process from strategizing to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to assist in lead generation and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to foster business relationships.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track account activity and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Management or related is preferred
