We are seeking a passionate Visual Display Supervisor to oversee our visual merchandising efforts in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal merchandising projects within timelines and budgets.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback on display effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of visual merchandising trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
• Assist in the selection and ordering of props, fixtures, and materials for displays.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in retail or merchandising

Technical Skills

• Retail Analytics
• Graphic Design Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in managing visual projects: Proven experience in overseeing creative projects in retail settings.
