Reset Merchandiser

Job Description

As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our retail partners maintain optimal product displays according to specific planogram layouts. You'll collaborate closely with store management to implement necessary adjustments and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement product display changes as per planogram specifications.
• Check pricing accuracy and ensure labeling compliance.
• Monitor and enhance visual presentation of merchandise.
• Assist in inventory tracking and reordering processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support store staff as needed.
• Report discrepancies to management and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising preferred

Technical Skills

• Planogram software
• Inventory management systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with handheld inventory scanners: Proficient in using handheld devices for inventory tracking.
• Prior merchandising experience with multiple clients: Experience working with various retailers and products.
