We are seeking a dedicated Clergy Member to lead our congregations in worship, provide spiritual guidance, and support community initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong theological background and a passion for serving others.
Responsibilities
Conduct worship services and special church events.
Offer guidance and counseling regarding personal and spiritual matters.
Lead education programs for children and adults to foster faith development.
Work with church leadership to develop community outreach strategies.
Participate in interfaith dialogues and collaborations.
Serve as a mentor to junior clergy or new ministry staff.
Advantageous
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation: Ability to manage conflicts within the congregation and community effectively.
Familiarity with digital platforms for church management: Knowledge of software tools that assist in church operations and community interaction.
