Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clergy Member to lead our congregations in worship, provide spiritual guidance, and support community initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong theological background and a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worship services and special church events.
• Offer guidance and counseling regarding personal and spiritual matters.
• Lead education programs for children and adults to foster faith development.
• Work with church leadership to develop community outreach strategies.
• Participate in interfaith dialogues and collaborations.
• Serve as a mentor to junior clergy or new ministry staff.

• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation: Ability to manage conflicts within the congregation and community effectively.
