In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of golf carts, whilst providing exceptional customer service to golfers. Whether you're cleaning carts, assisting with luggage, or offering top-notch service, you'll play a vital part in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and offer solutions to golfer concerns.
• Maintain thorough records of cart usage and maintenance.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating and maintaining carts.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations on the course.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the golf course.
• Actively promote and maintain positive golfer engagement throughout the day.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service roles is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Golf cart operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules

Certifications

• Valid driver's license
• First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
