Job Description

As a Blackjack Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the blackjack tables, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and providing an engaging environment for our guests. You'll be responsible for managing dealers, resolving customer disputes, and upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations at the blackjack tables, adhering to all gaming policies.
  • Work with the management team to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tables to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Facilitate a positive environment for both guests and employees.
  • Document incidents and report to management as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification in hospitality management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in gaming operations or supervisory roles
