Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the talent acquisition strategy and implement workforce planning.
  • Guide employee development and training initiatives.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and conduct exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with management to drive performance evaluations.
  • Implement and manage health and safety programs.
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases efficiently.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and legislative changes.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies.
