Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Durban team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing top talent. This position requires strong networking abilities and a genuine interest in helping candidates find their dream jobs while fulfilling client staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Analyze market data to inform recruitment strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients.
  • Continuously nurture relationships with existing clients and candidates to build a strong talent pool.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Management
  • Professional certification in HR or Recruitment is preferred
Experience
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a recruitment or HR role
