Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will spearhead the design and roll-out of comprehensive training strategies that enhance employee capabilities and contribute to our organizational goals. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and analyzing learner outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement new training technologies and methods.
• Evaluate and report on training outcomes to measure success against KPIs.
• Guide and mentor employees to promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in the development of leadership training and succession planning.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages peer learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or instructional design

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
